La piste cyclable devant la maison va vers Niederkorn, Bascharage et dans l’autre sens vers Limpach, Schouweiler, Mondercange.

The house is situated on a magnificent plot of land of 15,36 acres which are South oriented.
The house is located in a very calm and quiet street where there is no transit traffic (cycling way is passing just before the house). There is a huge garden with trees and bushes which constitutes a great relaxing area.
The house which has been built in the 70s has an estimated surface of 140 m2. It is entirely to renovate except the roof which has been redone. The room under the roof is developable with a concrete floor, but not accessible by a stair at the moment.
The house comprises at the ground floor a corridor (floor made in marble), 2 rooms (one outfitted, the other is rather a storage room) and an access to a little bit lower based garage where 2 cars can be put in. The garage comprises also a fuel heating unit which has to be replaced, branch connection for gas is already existing.
A stairway in marble leads you to the first floor where you find a corridor, a separate toilet, a small dressing, two sleeping rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a huge living room in “L”-form. On the other side of the front of the house are huge meadows with horses and the forest is a little bit behind. The cycling way is leading to Niederkorn, Bascharage on the one side and to Limpach, Schouweiler and Mondercange to the other side.
